Gaucher Cells in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia

Abstract
|
|
|
This report concerned two cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia with Gaucher cells
in their bone marrow aspirates. Light microscopic characteristics of and a few
cytochemical reactions on the acquired Gaucher cells were described. These cells were
ligh tmicroscopically similar to the hereditary Gaucher cells.
The origin of the acquired Gaucher cells in chronic myelogenous leukemia was
discussed.
